July 29th - Windows 10 release

Maybe slightly off topic but when Windows 10 is released, does anyone know if there will be an ISO release as well? I'm currently on Windows 10 build 10130 and want to do a fresh install when its out. Or would I have to downgrade to Windows 8.1 and enter my Network serial number to activate, and then update?

Get the Microsoft Media Creation Tool, it will allow you to in-place upgrade or create a DVD or Memory Stick to install later.

I believe the free update will be offered as an in-place download only...but may be wrong...

Enterprise customers (Software Assurance) would have access to the ISO for full, clean installs...
