K1000 Express - Warranty Reporting
Hi there,
I have just installed the K1000 Express appliance. The greatest thing about this system is the ability to report on Warranty status. However, when I use some of the pre-configured reports or make some of my own, they don't exactly make any sense.
If I try to show the device name as well as the service tag in the report, for each device name I also get a column with a group of 7 service tags instead of just the tag applicable for each device name.
It seems as though there is no join set to show the information that corresponds to each device.
Does anyone else have this problem? It seems the express appliance doesn't give me the ability to perform SQL reporting, only Wizard.
Thanks
Brandan

I contacted my account rep who is going to get someone to help me out. It's just weird and wondered if anybody else had the same issue.
I'll report back if I get some answers.
