Software Deployment

I'm running version 6.3 and I'm trying to make the User Console Library a little more user friendly by applying labels to available software. I have 4 different labels so far - Internet, Statistical, GIS and Utilities. If I log in as a regular console user and go to "view by" and choose Utilities, it shows me all the software I've labeled like that and displays "Utilities" beside View By (as expected). However, when I choose to view by label Internet, it properly lists my Internet software, but it still says Utilities in the View By area. Ditto for all other labels. The only way to get rid of the Utilities from View By is to go back to All Items. This happens in both IE and Firefox.

Any ideas?
