K1000 v7.0 Ticket Submitter Info shows manager's user ID not name
We import users from AD, including the user's manager. Looking at the user in the Admin interface the info regarding manager is correct, display name: Last, First.
However, when the user submits a ticket and we look at the Submitter Contact Info (click on the Blue i next to submitter) the manager field shows the managers user ID, not full name. Anyone know how we can change this?
