K2000 - Does a 500GB RSA require that the original K2000 box also be 500GB?
If creating a new RSA using the provided 500GB OVF (the first and only one we'll have), will it work with our existing 250GB K2000? Or should the existing K2000 be upgraded to 500GB?
K2k: 3.7.116629
Thanks!

Hello,
The size of the storage for each of the appliances (K2000 and Remote Site Appliance) are independent. However, since the K2000 is smaller than the RSA and can only sync data from the K2000 to the RSA - the highest data that could be stored on the RSA will be 250GB.
I would recommend contacting the KACE sales about updating the K2000 appliance to the 500GB disk size, or perhaps convert to a virtual system where the 'off-board' storage for the VM can be set to what ever size you would like (its a virtual disk on the same cluster as the VK2000).
Hope that helps.
