K2000 RSA PXE Boot error after IP Address chnaged

Hi

Our K2000 RSA is now located on a new subnet. We have updated the the IP Address settings, DNS, etc. I am receiving the error PXE-E353 : No Boo filename Received. when I attempt to PXE boot a computer to K2000. Does this mean I will need to recreate the KBE?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Regards

The key is that you have moved the PXE to a new subnet. The PXE broadcast packets will not know how to get to the server without setting a IP HELPER address (different than the DHCP scope options) to direct the broadcast to the new subnet (and server.) You'll find these settings in your vlan setup.

Also, make sure that you have allowed that traffic through the firewall, if the broadcast traverses one.
