K2000 SDA web crashes after appliance upgrade from 7.2 to 8.0.194
Hi,
Recently after just upgrading K2000 main SDA and all remote sites RSAs to 8.0.194, the main K2000 appliance keeps crashing and I cannot open the web console.
in this case all RSA will fail to deploy because they can't connect to the main one.
Error 504 Gateway timeout
the gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application
anyone had faced this issue?

Hi,
I had the same problem, after updating SDA. I can't log in as 'konfig' user but I can log in as netdiag. When I try to run nslookup, it returns the error message "SERVFAIL" as shown below.
although the ping works correctly
I think it could be a service not running but I don't know wich. after rebooting the vm I didn't see any error message or fault.

Well, after a long call with Kace support where we didn't find a solutuion I decided to restore a previous version of the vm from my Veeam backup. after this, I tried to upgrade it again to the last version. this time the operations finished successfully.
