I might suggest to use the IP address in the linking of the RSA to the appliance (this way it doesn't need DNS to resolve out). As for PXE boot, was the KBE created with a hard coded IP address? If it was coded to the RSA and that IP changed it would then attempt to contact the K2 as a backup.

When you say clear RSA configuration, are you talking about it being listed in the Deployments>Remote Sites? - TheAustinDave 7 years ago

Ok I solved it by simply reset RSA configuration in the RSA, on K2000 I deleted existing link, and create a new link again. IP address is coded in the RSA when you create link.
Then solved.
