Did you install the K3000 app?
If you run a inventory from the K3000 console it tries to install an app on your device

No, the K3000 app did'nt install . I tried within Android too : same result -> Error while download - s.gallardo 11 years ago

If your Apple Push Notification Service and Google Cloud Messaging is set up correctly, I would look at SSL. Can you tell me exactly what error message pops up? That would help me to give advice. - KACE_Mary 11 years ago

No error message , just nothing happens .....Download failed on Android, Done on Idevice . - s.gallardo 11 years ago

I have seen this issue too on a Android device. Try using Firefox as a browser to enroll the device, it will ask you to install the certificate and it will then download the app without any problems. The app has some problems with the download manager which the default browser and chrome use. Try it and let me know... - -mrk!!- 11 years ago

Is the iPad listed in the K3000 appliance? - -mrk!!- 11 years ago

Yes it is, well listed
But, I tried many time to tune the IOS setup (completed) with each time new certificate request but there is still no app k3000 installation on idevice. - s.gallardo 11 years ago -
So the iOS app will be installed as soon as you run a inventory for the iOS device. If it doesn't work, delete the device from the inventory and enroll it again, don't forget to install the certificates! - -mrk!!- 11 years ago

So the iOS app will be installed as soon as you run a inventory for the iOS device. If this doesn't work check your certificates and/or contact KACE support - -mrk!!- 11 years ago

I did a fresh new install; setup SSL successfully, generated new apple cert successfully, i see the iOS device in the list but there still no communication between them - eddieh 11 years ago -
