KACE 1000 v6.4 Announcements not showing
Howzit all,
I'm testing out the KACE 1000 version 6.4 on my test VM and trying to see this new Announcements and Helpful Links feature but it will not show up on my test PC in the user console.
Test PC is windows 7 64 bit, New 6.4 agent is installed and communicating with the dev KACE, user is part of the Label that's assigned to the announcement.
Anyone have any luck or experience with this?
EDIT: Forgot to mention...I tried Chrome and IE just in case it was a browser thing. Still nothing.

The new areas that were added cannot be seen unless you go to Settings > Roles > "Role Name" and click "Save" You don't need to change anything if you don't want to but it will not show up if you don't Save the Role. This also happened with my Tech Role that was not showing the Announcements tab on their admin screen until I went into the Role and clicked Save.

Make sure that you have the Announcements turned on, in Service Desk>Configuration>Configure user console home page.
Make sure you have the announcement configured correctly, I would also suggest trying the announcement without the label restriction to make sure it appears to all users, as this is new functionality it is always possible that complete and thorough testing has not been completed.
If they still do not appear log the issue with support

Found solution....

You don't need to change anything if you don't want to but it will not show up if you don't Save the Role. This also happened with my Tech Role that was not showing the Announcements tab on their admin screen until I went into the Role and clicked Save.
