KACE Clean up
Hi, I have been given the responsibility to clean up and understand how KACE works on our site. The previous tech guy has left the organisation without providing the documentation or any user guides. Are you able to provide a consultant for a 1-2 days to have look our set-up and provide advice and guidance for best practices required for KACE. This will allow us to be more comfortable with setting up scripted installs, software deployment and patching.

If you are still seeking Professional Services I believe I can be assistance. I have a co-worker who is not yet on this forum that would be interested in discussing the project with you. While I dont think anyone here can really provide a full two days or anything like this, feel free to ask some more specific questions and I'm sure we'll have a crack at helping you any way that we can!
Another good idea is to see if your jumpstart recordings (from the first implimentation) are still available.
Also the KACE Kontinuing Education series are good to get onto, lots of great information in them.
