Kace GITHUB REPO?? Should Kace (1000), (2000), (go) and anything related have a GITHUB repo, to report issues?
I would think it would be ideal, as a issue tracker for kace to be able to create an offical kace GITHUB repo, for issue tracking.

KACE uses an internal Bugtracker.
If you run into an issue open a support ticket, since this is the most effective way to keep on track for this. If the issue is known it is usually documented in a KB article.
For security reasons not all patches are given to the customer directly but are applied in a webex or tether.
kace.uservoice.com is for requesting new functions and not for reporting bugs (can be used too, but this is less effective then a support ticket)
