Any body know of a KACE hydration lab kit, Like Microsoft has for Windows and Server labs?

you can get an "online" trial, where you have the KACE and a client for testing stuff.
You can also get the full appliance with a 30 test license.
There is no big need of a huge env to run and test the appliance.
You can also use the sandbox appliances for a bit playing around: https://k1000sandbox.cloud.kace.com/admin
