Kace K1000 Email Token Question - Including Ticket Summary
All,
Looking to use a token to include the original summary within an updated ticket. I only see option detailing things such as the last comment, ticket history X (where X equals the last number of comments in a ticket).
Does anyone know if this is possible?

They might not have created the variable when they added that field. Have you submitted a ticket to support?

I have not - I just wanted to make sure I was not missing anything. It seems as if within all of those tokens they would have included the original issue somewhere. - Razor 8 years ago

Here is what they replied with:
To answer your token question, unfortunately, we do not have a token available to display the summary of a ticket.
The only token available are the ones listed in the solution article: https://support.quest.com/k1000-systems-management-appliance/kb/180793
If you would like this to be included in a future release version, I'll recommend you submit a feature request via the UserVoice Portal.
