KACE K1000 Ticket Layout - Field with Hints
Hi,
is it possible to create Fields with a mouse-over-hint?
So user see what is to do on these step?
Otherwise I would create a Note at the end of the ticket.
I tried a field with "notes" and "text" layout and set it to "read only" and insert a default value.
But the default value is not shown in my ticket.. also when I change it to other states.
Can someone say if this is possible?

Mouse over hints is sadly not possible, we tend to use a similar idea to you when wanting to inform the user what to do, so:
Default value in a field
Read only Default value as a text label
Or Dynamic Label using a read only field
Which changes with Ticket field values
That is about as good as it gets
