KACE KB, Download, and Ticketing
Hi, new to the product and looking for some help.
i need 3 pieces of the software (KB, Downloads, Ticketing) but in like a kiosk mode where you don’t have to log in and a direct link available for KB, Downloads, and creating a ticket.
i haven’t purchased just looking, downloaded a trial and have been looking around but I couldn’t find anything on the above.
can any of this be done? I love the fact everything I’m looking for is in a single product but I need anonymous access at most for the KB, be nice for the rest but if I have to log in that might be ok.
im a service provider so it would be ideal if you didn’t have to log in, users aren’t domain connected and are all over the WAN.

Unless they are domain connected you cannot use the SSO option. Local account created on the appliance do require a username and password. My only suggestion is make it something easy and customized the login page so it says "Hey, Kiosk user, use the username Kiosk and the password is 1234".
You can customize the home page under Control Panel -> General Settings
