Hi. I have a simple scrip which doesn't seem line it is beign picked up by the client. script interval is 1 hr, it has been much longer than that. The inventory shows teh scrip in an unknown state. The script prompts the user (me) to ok/sleep, but the message never appears and the reg key never set (purpose of the script). It works with Run Now. Pelase advise. thanks

The time that an online script runs will be based on your check-in interval. An offline script will run based on machine time.

Check here:

Settings>K1000 Agent>K1000 Agent Settings

Or if you have organizations enabled: System>Organizations>your org>

Look for agent run interval and agent inventory interval.  It defaults to every 2 hours.

Once your systems check in, they should run the script.

You can force a check in on multiple systems by using the canned Force Check-In script.

Manually, you can run this from a command prompt to force a check-in:

cd \
cd Program Files\Dell\KACE\
runkbot 4 0
