KACE SDA - Dell XPS 13 7390 KBE issue

As anyone managed to deploy a DELL XPS 13 7390 model via the SDA? Can do the initial PXE boot the get:

ERROR: Unable to determine server IP address.

Could not ping appliance.

The USB drive appears to be rtux64w10.sys and is in the KBE. Are there any other drivers that are required for this?

Try 'ipconfig' at the command prompt to see if you have an IP Address, if not, then it is the driver. - cserrins 4 years ago
Yes there is definitely no IP address. It is connected via Dell WD19 docking station and I have verified the correct driver is in the KBE already (rtux64w10.sys) and the latest available. I would of thought this is the only driver it needs to PXE boot..... - AllyRussell 4 years ago
