KACE Service Desk Processes

Is it possible to start a process from an email?  Example:  Someone emails the help desk about a new employee, this creates a process with all the tasks that need to be completed for the new employee.

Currently there is no way to start a process via email. I've seen some work around where an email comes in and the tech starts the process for the request.
