KBE Boot Loop

Hey all,

I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to build our new e7470 machines via scripted install by way of the k2000.  However, every time I get to the Systems Deployment Screen and choose the appropriate KBE, the screen flashes black and returns to the previous deployment menu.

As far as I can tell, I did everything the way it's supposed to be done. The drivers have been injected in the right places (both install and post).  I re-cached the drivers after adding them to the appliance. I made sure to upload the correct ADK.

I'm just not sure what I'm missing here, and why it won't communicate with the K2000.

If anyone has any insight on this, I will greatly appreciate it.

Thank you

It sounds like the KBE is not a healthy one...  (If possible, try to create a new one from a VM, I have seen bad KBEs uploaded because of firewall or AV software preventing a good communication between the K2 and the PC)
Those new machines are reflecting good results when Windows 10 ADK 1607 is used.
Make sure you have the latest driver pack for WinPE10.
Also Do you use KBE Manipulator or Media Manager?
The KBEs should work with any machine, please test with any other machine

You should call support, that sounds like a pxe memory space load problem.  Lenovo's laptops have this same problem where support needs to go in on the back side and adjust the pxe memory allocation

I would also verify that the BIOS on the system is up to date, that can also affect how the KBE loads.
