Link to knowledge Base
When I create a ticket there is a link to the Knowledge Base under the Summary Text field. Once the ticket is logged for the first time that link is no longer visible. Is there anyway to provide that KB link for tickets which have already been saved the first time.

The Knowledge base link in any ticket should be part of the Summary Field, at the bottom, so as long as you have the summary field showing ion your ticket you should be able to see the knowledge base link dropdown

Thanks Hobbsy. That link only appears under the summary field when you log the ticket the first time. You can provide the link but our process was relying on pulling in a checklist into the Summary field from the appropriate KB article (we are checking critical ambulance equipment for Service). I am wondering if I am missing a setting somewhere. - kiwiblue 2 years ago
