Easiest way to do it is to create a .bat file that contains the lines \\server\printer

just make sure your print server has the correct drivers and your gpo is set to allow users to install printer drivers if they are not admins

just curious, do you use server 2008 domain? you could do it through group policy prefernces much easier and cleaner.
