Managed install "None of the selected machines are online"
Im new to the K1000 appliance. and have been poking around trying to get different things working. Ive managed to get most machines in my inventory. I am having problems in my test deployment of software.
I set up a managed install for 7zip as a test on one machine. I keep getting this error "None of the selected machines are online"
They are online... its the computer I'm actually access the console from.
I have read through some other suggestions and have done the following:
*Removed and reinstalled the KACE agent on the target machine
*run the kbot agent to refresh my inventory.
K1000 picked up the inventory refresh and got the same error.
Any ideas? am I missing something obvious?

Make sure under Software details that the operating system version is highlighted.

Are you sure when installing the agent , you are pointing it
to the k1000 appliance.
check your amp.conf file in "C:\ProgramData\Dell\KACE".
See if your k1000 server name is correct in the weburl1......
