Need a ticket rule to assign tickets to someone different each day

I have been creating ticket rules to assign tickets for daily logs to people, set the categories, set the status, etc.  I have a few logs where a couple of different people can review them.  I do not want to setup a distribution group to assign the ticket to because it will still go unclaimed.

Is there a way to set the ticket rule so on odd days it assigns the ticket to one person and on even days it assigns it to another?
