need SQL or PS1 help to change a ticket owner
We have a key employee terminating today who is an owner on their Queue tickets as well as within many processes tickets.
Could someone help me create a script or a custom ticket rule that would change the ownership on all of their "not closed" tickets?

You can do this from the ticket list.
- Select the queue
- Perform an advanced search for the owner's open tickets
- Select all
- Choose Action, Reassign, Select the new technician
