"No tickets found..." when trying to import tickets from CSV
I've followed the document here: http://www.kace.com/support/resources/kb/article/How-To-Use-Ticket-Rules-To-Import-Tickets-From to import tickets from our old helpdesk (Spiceworks) into KACE. I have verified all field names in the CSV and the asset type I created match what is in the documentation. I've also made sure that all the values in the CSV are mapped correctly and contain valid values. When I go to run the rule (step 4) and click on "View Ticket Search Results" for the Select Query it comes back with no tickets. Also when I click on "Run Now" I get "selected 0 rows." Any suggestions on what to try next?
