Parent/Child tickets on-boarding process
The company I work for uses an on-boarding process for new employees. The parent ticket then creates child tickets,the child tickets appear blank with no information or attachments. Does anyone know a way to get the information to copy over to the child tickets?

You will need to use a ticket rule to copy the data that you require, try starting here...
