Parent Ticket Not closing
Currently, have a parent ticket that will not close and the child tickets are closed
Any suggestions?

I also have one that this is happening to. Was all working fine last week but this one is stuck. Ticket is assigned to someone. - casnider 4 years ago

There could be a few reasons depending on the configuration. Is the Parent ticket assigned to someone? If not, try assigning it and closing it.
