Problem Getting Rule Added CC Email To Send
So i created a rule which adds a person's email to the CC field if a particular box is checked (runs upon save). I also have another rule which sends an email to whomever is in CC, when a new item is created.
Separate both of these rules work fine.... But i can't get the desired effect when they both run.
Upon Save, the CC field is filled in if the box is checked, but the email never goes out! I have the order set for CC Add to go first, and then Email CC after.... So i'm not sure what the deal is.
Can anyone help me figure this out?

I see the problem a bit more clearly now. I am unable to get the CC List to work in the Recipients field. - zipperson 10 years ago
