Quick assign to button in K1000 service desk
Dear,
is there a possibility to create an quick assign button for tickets.
we are a team of 2 people who receive these tickets in a queue,
we have used spiceworks in the past and the (only) good thing about that was the quick assign link on unnasigned tickets.
is that something built in, or is there no other way than first select the ticket --> choose action --> change owner --> my name.

You can reply to the new ticket email (if you have one) with the following in the body of the email:
@owner=*******
where ****** = your username (or whatever owner username it might be)
I have not seen any button like this in the KACE system though which is depressing. You can always do a feature request but right now the top requested feature has been there since May 2011 so I'm not sure it'll help.
