Reboot system via K1000

We are using the Kace1000. I am looking for a quick/easy way to schedule a reboot for a workstation. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  • We are looking to do the same thing - set up the script this way but still have yet been able to get it to work. All clients are windows 10 (x64). the script completes and succeeds on a run now, but the system does not reboot. any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Take OnSuccess command is currently Launch “%WINDIR%\System32\cmd.exe” with params “”shutdown -r -f -c ”Restart issued by KBOX“ -t 5“”. - dperlberg 6 years ago
    • try using /C first in your params so it it looks like /C shutdown -r -f -c "Restart issued by KBOX" -t 5 - worzie 6 years ago

You could setup an offline script to execute at a set time or other schedule:
/c shutdown -r -f -c "Restart issued by KBOX" -t 5
