Recover deleted software inventory item
Is it possible to recover a deleteed software item on the K1000? I had a managed install set up under distribution for a program with a file dependency. I can set it up again, but prefer to recover original item if I can.

It's not possible to recover anything without a backup, and even then, it's a full restoration from the backup, not just bits and pieces.
You could run a demo VM, restore your backup and export your MI, but it would be a lot of trouble.
