Replace Spiceworks with Kace1000
I am trying to find this out with little luck.
Does anyone know how to script within kace a silent uninstaller to strip spiceworks agent from all workstations and servers? That way now that i have kace in place and the POC is complete i can remove spice. I just do not want to do it manually one by one as that would take a week.
any ideas? any experience?

I don't know the spiceworks program but does it appear in Add/Remove programs?
If so, you should be able to find the uninstallstring entry in the registry, under
HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Uninstall/<product name or product GUID>
If you can post the Uninstallstring here, we may be able to advise you on how to modify this for a silent install. It is possible that the uninstall will require a reboot to complete - you can check this by doing an interactive uninstall on a test machine.

A couple of options-
1- remove from the spiceworks console. Agents should remove by itself if you click on "Delete" for that agent in Settings/Remote Site & Agents --> section "Manage Your Devices With Remote Agents". After the next time the agent contacts your server, it wil uninstall itself.
2- Uninstall using the GUID for the MSI used to install it. As edT mentioned- you can locate the GUID, then simply plug it in like so:
msiexec.exe /x /qn {GUID}
If you have multiple versions, and they are showing up in your K1000 software inventory, you might get some milage out of this other post: http://www.itninja.com/question/google-earth-uninstall
