Report tickets 2020
Hello,
I would like to report my tickets from the service desk of the year 2020 according to the Ticket Owners and the locations of the users (issue of the ticket)
I tried to SQL but i doesn't have the syntaxe (Kace variables) for build the SQL command
And via Report (assistant), i don't understand why my results is null
Excuse me for my english, but i'm a bad student French...
Someone can helps me please?
