Satisfaction Survey in Kace
I am trying to determine what the difference is between not required and required in the sat_survey field

Basically if you choose to display the survey field it will show at the top of every closed ticket. If you mark that as required, should you go into a closed ticket the survey will need to be completed before you can save the ticket.
