Script to change LDAP labels to new server

We would like to reconfigure the LDAP labels to use a new LDAP server.  We have about 250 LDAP labels and would like to find a way to script this change rather changing each label invidivually.

Is this possible?

Thanks,

Leo

Yes, this is possible using service desk rules. Custom ticket rules have write access to the database, so you can create a rule that will select the appropriate labels from the LDAP_FILTER table and then use the update statement to change them. The usual caveats about being careful and making a backup of your database apply. If you don't have someone in your organization with the appropriate MySQL skills, then I recommend reaching out to Quest Professional Services.
