Scripting to uninstall software not working

We have three different versions of a particular software that we want to remove.
5.04.017
5.04.022
5.04.008
We originally had 113 computers with one of the three versions. So I used scripting to attempt to remove them. I set one script up for each version - three scripts. However, when I was setting them up, I noticed that each version was listed multiple times.

When I scheduled this to run over the weekend, I expected all installations to be removed. However, we still have 92 computers with the software installed. Why would it only uninstall 21 of them? So I have to create a script for every time each version is listed to get them all (meaning I have to create 15 scripts instead of 3)?? Why are the versions even listed multiple times in the Windows Uninstaller script creation page? If I look in the inventory-software page, it only shows each version once.

Can you check if these softwares are being reported multiple times under Inventory->Software?
