Machine does not communicate with k1000

Machine can not connect with the K1000 , so I checked the log, can not connect with the WMI ( winmgmt ) .

[ KInventory : CWMI :: Init ] KInventory Could not connect . Error code = 0x8004100E

That would imply that you have WMI corruption or the namespace is incorrect.  You can check for WMI corruption by running "kinventory.exe -autorepair" as per this article: https://support.software.dell.com/k1000-systems-management-appliance/kb/144493
