Service Desk - Custom Fields for Tickets
Hi,
I am trying to create custom fields for a ticket queue. However, when I try to edit the custom fields, I do not have the option to change the name from "CUSTOM_1" to an actual name. I'm guessing that I'm supposed to use SQL commands to access these somehow, but I cannot find any information on how to actually do so. Does anyone have any advice on how to operate this function?

You put the Name that you want to give the Custom field under the Label Column. The Custom_1 under the Name column does not change in the configuration. However, when you create a ticket the New Name will appear beside the Field. - Druis 6 years ago
