Session Expired Immediately

New install here to test K1000 express.  Have no issue setting the virtual appliance up in VMWare 6.  System setup works fine.  Logging into the admin interface works fine.  I can see in the upper right hand corner that the session timer starts counting down from 1 hour since the session limit is set at an hour.  but as soon as I click on any link to go to another page, the page comes up and the session timer says 00:00:00, then immediately changes to session expired, then to logging out. and then I drop back to the main login page.  i'm not able to see any page for more than a second or two before I am logged out.  version of k1000 express is latest 6.4.1 downloaded today from dell.  anybody else run into this issue before??  I don't even know where to begin to troubleshoot since I can't stay in the application more than a couple seconds.  have reloaded the ovf multiple times, changing multiple settings to see if that is the problem...no luck so far.  thanks for your help!!

  • Have you tried more than one browser? Or the same thing occurs regardless of the browser you use? Could be related to the security settings in the browser you are using. - Ericenri 8 years ago
    • Guess you were right :-) it locks up in chrome i'm guessing because of the widgets. but i was having the problem in both IE11 and Edge. just downloaded firefox and it seems to be working ok. thanks for your direction!! - deejay3670 8 years ago
