Shutdown script after K2000 image?

We have to image 1000 PC's with a very basic windows XP image before we send them back to Dell (leased machines). I want to be able to boot into KACE on the machines, and click 'start' and walk away - after they get done imaging, have it auto-shutdown (not restart).

Is there a batch script that I can run in the K2000 environment that will do this for me?

Never mind - figured it out! I created a K2000 boot environment batch file and ran "wpeutil shutdown".

  • Probably appropriate for your use, as long as the machines don't have to come up into windows for any reason. - cserrins 12 years ago
