Supporting Windows

We are still running XP SP2 and are preparing to deploy SP3. Deployment is working great through SMS. However, when you install SP3 onto a fully patched and up-to-date SP2 machine, a number of patches will now show as being required again. I have a solution for deploying the missing patches, what I can not seem to find is a reliable list of the patches are needed.

Computer Associates offers a special SP3 Patch Delta update for their patch management solution but the details on its contents are sketchy. I am wondering if anyone here knows what the delta is, or knows where to look for it. My research has not turned up anything reliable.
