I have contacted them. KACE will not find Hotfix 7507 for SQL Server 2012 (KB4583465) (64-bit) either installed or missing. 

I went to check the official documentation, it says SQL Server 2012 is not supported.

Hello, the way I've been remediating this issue. 

- Downloaded the KB from Microsoft x86 and x64 (as we need both versions in our environment)

- Created a KScript / Uploaded the KB as dependency (one script per version)
