Ticket rule select query saved ticket
Is there any way to select the ticket that was just saved when the rule uses "On Ticket" save?

What are you trying to accomplish? If I understand correctly you want to select a ticket that was just changed by a rule that uses "On Ticket Save", correct? - h2opolo25 10 years ago
