I have checked that reddit as well but its 3 years old and not all the links work - i did do a diskpart clean of the USB without change.

I don't have the option to format the USB as FAT32 just NTFS and ExFat, through windows.

I am sorry that the Reddit post did not work for you. Would it be possible for you to create a support case so that the Quest support engineers can assist you with that task?
