VNC setup for remote access
Our office currently does not use Remote Desktop on our workstations and we would prefer to us UltraVNC which was mentioned numerous times in the documentation and preview materials. I'm running the trial now and I've seen where I can change the default action to UltraVNC. I was hoping VNC was installed with the client, but from a quick question to support I found out they say we should install it using the scripting module. Being a new user I am struggling with how to do this. I get the basic idea of the script setup but I'm not putting together all the required pieces to make this work. Can anyone point me towards some documentation, or offer some guidance on how I could setup a script to deploy VNC to my test stations so enable remote access?
While RDC looks easy enough to turn on, the issue is that RDC doesn't allow us to interact with users, we can only log them off and then log in ourselves. There are many times where we want to actually see the users desktop as they are working and VNC would be perfect for this application. Just hoping there is an easy way to impliment this.
