When applying a label to 'owner label' in service desk queues, it breaks ticket creation in Kace Go app. Has anyone else ran across this?

I have tested creating new labels, and test queues, with no resolution.  As soon as I add a label to the Owner Label in a queue, then it breaks being able to submit a ticket to that queue in the Kace Go app.  Has anyone ran across this issue?

On another note, if a user has a label attached to them, Kace Go login doesn't work.  Android and iPad
