Where did my K1000 Queues Go?
Where did the queues go? I have full Admin rights, but when I put my organization in the drop down and to to Service Desk>Configuration I only have Settings, Ticket, and Processes. Where are the queues?
Just moved to Kace on vm from hardware appliance. Running Kace version 5.4.76847

So it sounds like you moved from a hardware org to another org, and as I'm to understand, those are two completely different databases. You may need to export and import the queues using the admin tools.

Thanks for the tip. I actually found the queues. The previous tech on the project renamed them "Ticket." - H2OFan 11 years ago
