Who has integrated the KACE Service Desk with Microsoft System Center?

We have customer who using MSCCM and we doing all service events there(limited access) but we want to start using our KACE service desk. How to connect both systems?

  • KBOX is a self-enclosed system. Not sure what you are trying to connect but they won't talk to each other in a traditional sense. - nshah 11 years ago
  • Not sure about the reverse, but you could use SCCM to push a batch file that ran something like "runkbot x 0" to force a script to run from the K1000 on a client. - jknox 11 years ago
