Windows Kit not found by SDA Media Manager

Hi all,

I am having some issues capturing a new W10 2004 image so I thought i'd try creating a new KBE.
I have the Windows ADK and the ADK PE addon both installed and language set to English.

The Media Manager however is still giving me the error that I need to confirm that the path is correct.
The SDA is running on version 7.0.357 and the Media Manager is 7.0.101.9.

Any help is appreciated.

You will need to upgrade to 7.2 and then download the Media Manager from https://support.quest.com/kace-systems-deployment-appliance/kb/317207/adk-version-2004-cannot-be-used-with-media-manager-version-7-2-9-9, which is only compatible with 7.2.

7.0 should be able to capture/deploy images from an older KBE such as 1903 ADK.

Thank yhou for the replies.

The reason I wanted to do this is because the RSA was unable to capture the sysprepped Windows 10 2004 image.
After simply updating/upgrading the RSA to the latest version this was possible and no further actions where needed.

Thanks all!

Hi,

Thanks everybody for answers, 7.2.97 / 7.2.10.9 works fine with W10 2004.
